Identifying potential – a learning event in an espresso format!
Many employees love the idea of learning but have relatively little time to spare. When they find themselves confronted with an important issue and need new impetus or solutions, they prefer a flexible kind of learning that is available on demand.
This situation prompted FLAG consultant Ulrike Voggel to develop a learning event for managers in an “espresso” format that tackles the subject of identifying potential – and it has been a huge success since day one! Over the course of just two hours, managers gain a wealth of inspiring insights into practical tools for identifying potential and developing their employees.
This learning nugget combines expert input with discussions, role-play, and hands-on case studies, all presented in a dynamic and interactive manner. It even includes a special giveaway to make the session even more memorable!
Participants who have more time available can extend the espresso session into a cappuccino format: this adds an extra hour, allowing time to delve deeper into this inspirational content and apply it to the participants’ own situations.
